Happy Saturday! I hope you’re enjoying the weekend! I finally got to take advantage of some good lighting and snapped a pic of my mantle decorated for Valentine’s Day! I wanted to do something different this year so I created a floral installation around my fireplace using some of my favorite flowers and greenery. If you didn’t already know, I love blush pink. 💗 It’s the perfect transition color from winter to spring, IMO. How are you holding up? Happy Monday! How’s this week treating you so far? Hopefully it’s off to a good start. I’m super excited because I got my favorite roses in today!!! You can take a peek at them in my stories. How do you stay grounded? Lately I’ve been gravitating to this spot. I sit here and enjoy my breakfast each morning while looking at the trees in our backyard. We’re lucky that our house backs up to a nature preserve so I don’t have to travel far to take in the outdoors. In addition to the woods, there’s often deer and other wildlife to gaze at. I find that connecting to nature, even in small ways, keeps me grounded, especially when the world seems surreal and totally of its axis. How do you stay grounded?
